Returns & Delivery Policy
We want you to love every piece. This policy explains how we deliver your order and how returns, exchanges and refunds work — alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over $1500; a flat rate applies below that and is calculated at checkout. Selected larger items (such as furniture and rugs) may attract additional freight, shown before payment.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take longer. Fragile and oversized pieces are sent with care and may use a specialist courier.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation with tracking. You can also track your order any time via our Order Tracking page.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
Change-of-mind return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Personalised items, custom hampers, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at decormuseofficial@outlook.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right — including covering return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
How to start a return
Email decormuseofficial@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Services & bookings
Styling, staging, cleaning and event bookings are subject to their own scheduling and cancellation terms, which we confirm in writing at the time of booking.
