For our global community, international deliveries are managed through our elite express network with varying timelines based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and volume. Please note that custom duties may apply for international orders.
Bespoke Exchanges
If a piece doesn't resonate with your space as intended, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To maintain our standard of quality, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our studio at studio@decormuse.com.au to initiate the process. Returns for change of mind will incur shipping costs, while artisanal flaws or transit damage will be handled with high priority for replacement.
